Alright i admit, most of em are from fear of going OOP, some impulse purchase and found a few good discounts so it turns out to be a bit of mess.
My parents are against it even though I have used my own money(some earned, some saved up), they consider it a stupid waste of money (almost 16k here) but me being me, does not regret it.
Image 1 is my current shelf.
Image 2 is the books I had at starting of year.
Aside from 86 vol 7, the manga and classics are the one i have asked my parents to buy some 3-4 year ago at a fair during my 10th boards.
Books I have read from this shelf;
LOTM.
Eminence in shadow.
Blue, pain n fragile.
Chirolu's works vol 4 n 5.
Art of war (only few pages)
Harry potter (keep dropping it after 3-4 chapters because it boring)
Been playing this game for atleast more than a week, countless trials yet I'm done, I can't understand the mechanics.
I have read threads here and watched yt videos but still couldn't get my head around.
At start, if i sent a lightening and two Skylars to a city, refill to full fuel tanks, and sent these two Skylars back to Sevastopol, the tank remains empty. The fuel from the Skylars is gone too, and now I'm stuck in middle of desert. What's the deal?
Strike groups!!!! How do I deal with them? Planes are useless, so are ships atleast to my experience so far, using sevastopol to deal with them because the missiles, cannons and secondary guns are annoying and Sevastopol is a good tanker according to me.
Any good starting to combo? Been using 2 Skylars + 2 lightenings + aircraft carrier/heavy ship so far at beginning ship selection.
How does IRST works? ELINT keep ringing alarms at full alert yet IRST never tell me any type of reading despite the close distance and correct bearings.so I keep mistaking transports for Strike groups which turns into an expensive mistake.
Fleet management? After roaming round 2-3 tarkhans, i don't know what to do with acquired ships, keeping them at same place is pain due to alarms but i don't have a good knack for utilising them properly since they tie down range and increase fuel consumption.
How to handle battles so post battle rescue stage and clean up doesn't get burnt by fire? 90% of time I'm either stuck between rescuing survivors or scraping weapons to sell.
That's it.
Please and thankyou.
Not a fan of Salaryman x JK trope, my first time reading a novel based on this theme.
Randomly discovered it through Amazon's recommandations, and ended up reading it in one sitting.
I'm not sure what to feel exactly, the journey was interesting, but the end...........It was unexpected, too much open ended in fact as it was a cliffhanger, unfortunately it looks like a standalone novel.
Reading Suzuki's internal monolgues was the best part to me, idk why even though I'm not even employed nor past my twenties, weird.
To those who have read it, do you guys think Saya and Suzuki remain friends or more than that, can't even think of my own version of story with how abruptly.
Could not add image of cover art because my post keep getting deleted by automod.
My first time ditching bookswagon for cocoblue n amazon, atleast it arrived without any dents unlike the reviews of others. But the illustrations seem washed out is this an authentic copy?
Second artbook to my collection. (・∀・)
Size is kinda small but can't complain now that I have got it, sorry for the poor camera quality but the illustrations in it are too beautiful.
I have end sem on 4th August and yes, I haven't studied anything.
My fault but I just need to pass. So far, i know cauchy integral from unit 4.
As for unit 5, Directional deriviativess, curl, gradient, divergence, and proof of Laplace operators.

That's all i know aside from CF formula from unit1.
Currently doing Green's theorem.
Please and thank you.
Got for 1.65k from BW + 11 days wait.
Legit had a heart attack when I saw a crushed courier at least inside was all good thanks to the double bubble wrap.
:p
I'm Currently doing Btech in a tier 69 college so yearly fees are 1.07 lakh per year.
Parents paid for 1st year, planning to get a 3.21L loan for the rest of the degree duration, PSB quoted 10% interest rate while Union and hdfc quoted 11%
I live with my parents so i don't have to worry about monthly expenses but it also means I don't get monthly allowance. Tried freelancing, zero luck. Somehow getting 1-2k per semester through writing assignments which i spent on purchasing books(alright it's my hobby don't judge me).
I currently have 1k investment in equity which fetch 35rs per year in dividends and 99rs in midcap MF(Again, I was blind, did not did my research.)
I have a decent phone and laptop purchased last year so I'm fine, don't need investment on myself atleast for now.
Hence, out of 33k, I'm planning to take 10k to get a guitar which I have been considering from past 3 years or some novels, don't know although calculations show atleast 7k will be wiped out for that, for remaining 3k I'm planing to divide that between emergency funds and liquid funds.
I need advice on what to do with remaining 23k because as shown through my actions, my financial literacy is rock bottom.
My parents have zero financial sense as well, can't ask advice from them.
Please and thankyou
Dumb take I know, been trying to write since 6 years; and writing contineously either in web novel chapters or a traditional 100k word book, realized it's not my style, I'm only decent with short phrases.
And for some reason even writing a single line overwhelm me immensly yet pushed myself for 3 weeks to write a short scene of 800 words or so, i hope if i can get insights on how to improve it and your thoughts.
scene 1:
[
“Vector Observer I-289 reporting.
Calculatable Visuals on target Confirmed.”
“Time arrival to the Reach, 300 seconds.”
A low monotonous voice speaks to the mouthpiece of the radio, the fist of the one who spoke holds onto the cold metal firmly, looking at his companion who maintained his sight on the intruder through a six meter long Stereoscopic Rangefinder weighing 4.2 metric tons.
To say, these two; the Sighter and the Voice were the Forward Operators equivalent. Armed in a Titanium-Aluminide Exoskeleton with a CBRN filtration mask, this suit emphasis mobility and resistance to be deployed in heavy bombardment zones; their job is simple yet crude, maintain visuals and relay accurate co-ordinates no matter what.
Standing in a flat open terrain with no cover, all they have is a Stereoscopic Rangefinder and a Bike to retreat.
“Status Affirmed, rely updated co-ordinations and strike status every 180 seconds.
From hereby refer to your target as K1M.
Say again, refer to your target as K1M.”
A cold voice responded, the radio operator then relayed the instructions to the Sight. Sunlight remains in ample amounts through the piercing rays from the dust clouds. And the terrain remains flat as ever, allowing clear sights.
As per procedures, Voice used a laser machine to establish contact with adjacent Vector Observers, receiving response that they too have calculatable visuals, he patted the shoulder of the sighter, who took the signal to be on guard.
Cold sweat droplets form on their skin under the visor despite a warm and blazing atmosphere, a sense of dissociation occurred in their arms and legs, not being able to fell their limbs yet their sight tells the brain that they are acting as their consciousness wants it to.
A loud sound travels the field with a delayed boom, the I-289 unit’s personals look at the sky, seeing countless streaks of light fired high, the flares spanning from one end of horizon of the left to the other end of the right, it was a line of flares across stretching four hundred kilometres fired by all twenty Vector observer units signifying that the first layer of visualization grid has made sights on the approaching enemies.
Getting his mind back to the situation, he tugged the Voice’s arm and immediately began to man the Rangefinder, fiddling with the various knobs installed on the barrel, the onboard computers simultaneously calculated the co-ordinates on the aimed focus of the lens. The voice who had his sight entirely on the sighter’s palms translated the hand signs and relay the information after a moment.
“Target to arrive on Line of Control.
Calling fire on K1M, I say Calling Fire on K1M.”
With a brief pause of milliseconds, the cold voice that seems to have no emotions responded back.
“Acknowledged, Batteries fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth have been directed towards designation K1M.
Report status every 180 seconds of impact.
Flight time is one minute 45 seconds.”
The ground vibrates in a steadily increasing motion from long ago, now shaking with enough intensity that the iron-like rocks on ground start to shake violently, the enemy has arrived on the Line of Control, spreading its presence indirectly.
Yet the Blast-Shock Attenuation Soles of the personals made sure they remain on their positions firmly, using a military standardized pocket watch to count the seconds, Voice look at the sky, an oval shape gap appeared on the skies filled with brown essence of dust and smoke followed by a piercing sound of ozone.
At 20km forward of I-289 unit is a 80 meter behemoth of black metallic appearance, with intricate lines occupying the surface of it. Voice’s eye remained etched on the silhouette of the enemy approaching them while the sighter paused his breath, his fingers relaying the information delayed due to the overwhelming presence radiated by the enemy.
A blue light appeared in a blink as the 850 kilograms of ordnance hit the kinetic shield of the Knight-class Extraterrestrial at a speed of mach three, followed by a loud sound of explosion and a recoil wave that spread apart the atmosphere.
“First fire confirmed, no change in velocity of K1M.”
___
A mere half an hour into the battlefield yet the whole sky has been torn apart, dust coated clouds that used to fill the firmament have vanished like they never existed before, allowing sunlight to fall on the ground and mens that have only seen dust, rocks and metals in their entire existence. The entire district has been reinforced with eleven basic defense cannons who were now earnestly doing their job.
Firing in a manner that three shells of each eight hundred and fifty kilograms are launched simultaneously every five minutes for the three incoming knight class enemy units.

Scene 2: kind of lore:
[
Our planet is a land where the majority of terrain consists of rocky mountains, towering cliffs, and vast oceans, with fertile plains being a rare minority amidst this unforgiving landscape.
Yet humanity thrived in scattered groups. As our civilization advanced and gained tools, our ancestors began to mine the resource-rich mountains, carving out space for future development.
Food was scarce. Our ancestors hunted animals, and over time, our forefathers learned to traverse the oceans, incorporating sea creatures into our diet. We encountered many other tribes, leading to exchanges of cultures that brought scattered humans across the vast planet into relations of trade and prosperity.
Yet peace did not last long. Conflicts were inevitable as violence took hold in the hearts of idealistic populations. With a history of finest craftsmanship spanning thousands of years along the resource-rich mountains that had overlooked our forefathers, entire nations were wiped out as unimaginable numbers of ordnance rained upon cities.
For a time, we believed that the majority of our lives would be spent traveling from one nation to another, traversing the harsh terrain of our planet for years just to see signs of other human cities like our own. Our belief was shattered in an instant when madmen—who appeared to be of the same species as us—carved entire mountains with giant cannons.
Transforming entire valleys into walls of massive iron barrels, they rained hell and annihilation upon other cities.
Many took the chance to birth machines with hands touching the sky like birds. Yet the experimental results were futile. Entire nations of rich economic strength vanished from the map in attempts to create flying machines capable of traveling over the mountains. The moment these birds tried to soar, their entire existence was wiped out by the massive cannons beyond the horizon.
Before we realized it, we had exploited the entire planet of its mineral veins. The years of thousand-pound shelling flattened the world—a completely different place compared to the ages when huge mountains looked down upon our ancestors. The blue sky has now been replaced by eternal dust storms.
Our massive, city-sized landships now transport millions of our brethren to fight our brothers and sisters in a war started long ago, now continuing without question or clear purpose.
As if the fate of the deity overlooking this planet had given up, extraterrestrial civilizations stepped foot on our world, driving our entire population to unite against the horrors of mega-structures.
This is the story of our world—a narrative of resilience, ambition, destruction, and the unending cycle of warfare that has shaped everything we are.
