Looking for Rental

Moving to Lloyd in August and looking for 2+ bed 1.5+ bath (flexible for 1 bath if i like the unit) options. Is there any apartment that you would recommend or advise against? I have looking into several options managed by avenue living. Also open to houses/townhomes but can't find much options online.

Any advise is highly appreciated.

[AB] Waiting for WES/WGS results post amniocentesis

Current Scenario - We got the Amnio done. Rad and microarray came back normal. Friday we got a call that WES / WGS (Whole genome sequencing) results are now with the doctors and we have an appointment booked with them Monday to discuss. I and my wife are just freaking out. We would have expected the results to be shared with us immediately and this wait is just painful. We are based in Alberta Canada. I don't even know why I am making this post or what question I have. But if anybody has any similar experience regarding amnio results, please do share.

Background:

Wife's age - 36

Ultrasound 1 (15th April - 20 weeks) - CSP not well visualized. Choroids, ventricles, and posterior fossa appear normal. (** very technically challenging and limited scan due to technical patient factors** - this is something we are hearing on all ultrasounds - for some reason they are just not getting a clear image - my wife is avg built (on slimmer side))

Ultrasound 2 (23rd April) - Poor visualization of the anterior portion of the fetal brain. Absent CSP is suspected. The corpus callosum is believed to likely be present based on color mapping of the pericallosal artery but the corpus callosum could not be seen with confidence on 2D imaging. Challenging scan due to maternal factors (poor transmission of ultrasound with lots of shadowing). The rest of the fetal anatomy review is complete when combined with the prior scan last week.

Mri 1 - 25 April - Suboptimal images due to fetal motion and age. No ventriculomegaly. The CSP is not clearly seen, though it is possible this is technical due to fetal motion. The normal configuration of the ventricles favors a present corpus callosum

Ultrasound 3 - The CSP and corpus callosum were not seen again on today's study. Fetal MRI Apr 25/26 was non-diagnositic due to fetal motion. CSP not seen on MRI nor was the corpus callosum seen with certainty, though the CC was favored to be present. Absent CSP is strongly suspected but the status of the corpus callosum is unclear.

MRI 2 - Images are still very difficult to interpret, likely a combination of fetal motion and small fetal size, however on the coronal T2 images, there appears to be a CSP. Cavum septum pellucidum: This appears to be present on the coronal T2 images, though remains still very difficult to assess, and not clearly seen on additional images.Corpus callosum: Not well assessed though the normal configuration of the ventricles favors a present corpus callosum

Ultrasound 4 -We haven't received these reports yet - but were told that they are able to see both CC and CSP - but again images are not clear. I WILL UPDATE THE POST ONCE I GET OFFICIAL REPORT

We have been given an option to do amnio to get more clarity - and we are just extremely confused. Had it been clearly absent we would have done amnio but with so much uncertainity we are not sure if it's needed.
