i moved to NYC to model as a teenager, AMA.

i'm now 23 years old. i got scouted at 15, signed at 16. i stepped away from the industry "officially" at 20, though i do shoots for small businesses and such still. i did mostly editorials, with a few commercials and 2 runways. i now work as a nightlife promotion specialist.

i don't want to over elaborate to the point of everyone's questions being answered. AMA!

how do you get guys to approach you/hit on you?

i'm 23f and i can't remember the last time a guy my age has came up to me/asked for my number.

i think i'm decently attractive, i'm fit, i put effort into how i dress/present myself and i go out by myself a lot so there's definitely opportunities. i smile a lot and i'd consider myself to be a warm and bubbly person so i don't think anyone could be intimidated by me LOL. the only thing that i'd think would deter guys is that i'm tall, (about 5'9) but i hear so much about how guys like tall women so?

i approach men but it's never worked out. i'll try smiling at a guy or striking up a conversation or asking for their number but they seem totally oblivious!

the only male attention (i hate that term but not sure what else to call it) that i typically get is from men who could be my dads age or nasty DMS online. it feels a little defeating. help a girl out!!! lol.

edit: guys please stop dming me pictures of your dicks lol this is the 3rd time. i am not flattered.

okay so 1. it's a bit hard for me to close my mouth and so my resting face makes me look kinda slow lol. i have a dental appointment coming up to see if it's caused by my jaw or teeth.

strange cartoon ice cream tiktok account i stumbled across

hi, so i'm slightly drunk and was scrolling tiktok when i came across this account: https://www.tiktok.com/@talkingoptions3

the animations creeped me out, so i looked through their videos out of pure curiosity and everyone in the comment section is talking about this being a "ring"? i'm assuming they mean CSAM? apparently on their website there's a contact form for 'pizza' and there's strange symbolism in the videos.

i'm not convinced anything malicious is going on but it's weird. i might just be paranoid lmao

why are mystery dum dums so good?

i don't eat lollipops often but my grandmother gave this to me earlier and oh my god. it's a little unfortunate that each one tastes different (hence it being mystery flavored) but i would buy a whole bag of these if they tasted exactly like this. i think it was cotton candy/cream soda
