So i am new in this stuff like i want to learn how to think at a level where you can do hard problems,so i tried solving olympiad problems but can't do can't think when I watch solutions i feel like if i have think in that direction maybe I could but like how ,how do people even do this I like doing maths and it's fun but I want to do hard problems,

So like when I was in 10 standards I was an topper and like to study for hours i really enjoyed study at that time but in 11th grade i started playing games , skipping classes,whole day scrolling instgram so now I cant solve puzzles,I am in 12 grade and i nearly failed 11th i want to get back to that track of me studying but i can't ,i tried but like there is no fun like before ,i also feel like I have become more dumb cuz before i used to do very hard problems but now can do a shi ,but I am fully focused to change myself plz any advice ,to how to rewrite the brain , mindset and I want to study like before and do very hard problems and enjoy studying

Hello everyone I turned 18 this month ,so i have a sister who is 3 years younger than me but is slightly taller than ,I think I have only been taller than her when she was born after 2 to 3 years she catch up to my height,she is very beautiful and I am ugly is shi so throughout my childhood my mother has only mocked and laughed at me ,she doesn't take me to meeting and family gatherings cuz I am ugly ,my sister even don't call me her brother,so one time her friends asked me who I am when I was standing near her than she called that I don't know this guy ,my mother blams me all the time for all mistakes when I tried to talk they say stuffs like we shouldn't have born you ,I wish you die ,I don't talk to my parents but yay I want to talk to them so onetime she was crying and blaming on me why i am so ugly that they can't introduce me and then I said sorry to console her ,so i have never cried infront of anyone in past 6 to 7 years ,first i know they love me it's just that I am not that good so they don't show me that but so roughly a month ago ,I was feeling so uneasy but I don't know how but suddenly i started crying and hid my face with hands but i mother ignored it completely and started continuing her work and my sister was laughing at me ,they didn't show a single remorse like they don't care and then I just know that nobody loves me ..then from that day i became very quiet,like my parents don't talk to me but I am very talking you can say that I just try to talk to them but from that incident I became very quiet then they thaught there is something going crazy with me so they taken me to a psychiatrist and tell that he don't talks nothing and started blaming everything on me i don't know but the psychiatrist didn't ask me i single question he just prescribed me medicines ,but yay medicines are good from them i take less stress about everyone,but my parents are same ..
