I sold my company.

It was a share sale so while the company name remains the same, the buyer is trying to update the company address and replace my details with theirs in the qualification center.

It has now been rejected two times. They just received this email: "We have reviewed your application to modify the seller qualification for [company name and ID number] and regret to inform you that your application was unsuccessful for the following reason: (the reason is blank)"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It doesn't seem to have affected sales, but we're not sure why this was triggered as our metrics are all great (290+ account health and 4.8 performance score, which puts us in the top 5% of our industry).

Our seller-fault return and refund rate is 0.58%, with 28.6% of that being "Parcel not received" as we ship by ourselves using Evri rather than using Shipped Via Platform.

Should we appeal this or not (given that the enforcement will only last a week)?

If you're a seller, do you turn the Smart Promotion Program (where they charge you 5% of sales for higher visibility) on or off?

Sellers, what typically works best for conversions, offering a product discount (£3), or offering vouchers (£3 off)?

I run GMV Max ads and use MANUAL selection, which has a 400-video cap.

For anyone else that uses manual selection, how do you know which underperforming videos to delete so you can test new ones?
