Research: my AMH normal?

AMH is 4.704 ng/mL

Just coming off birth control last month. I’ve been taking coQ10 for over a year. I know that no one can say for sure… but does that number look somewhat promising? I have two children born 2018 & 2020. Just rolling the dice for another. I’m 36. I already know that AMH does not confirm quality of eggs left. I’m just asking for experiences from others in similar situations.

3rd C Section

I am considered AMA as I am 36 now and would be 37 when giving birth. I had two c sections with my boys (8 & 6) - I also had a scar revision surgery in 2022. I am in therapy now for scar tissue issues in that area. With my second pregnancy, I had some issues with circulation, which all cleared up after birth but I remember my doc saying that she thought a c section would be safer due to that and the general closeness of the births. I assume she will suggest a third. None of my c sections were emergencies - my first was just breech and I went in to labor before we could attempt to turn him. I went into labor with both of my boys without medications. I want to try for another child but I am nervous about a 3rd c section. Anyone with a similar situation to me? How did you recover?

AMA - C-section or VBAC?

I am considered AMA as I am 36 now and will be 37 when I give birth. I had two c sections with my boys (8 & 6) - would you try for a VBAC this time around? I feel like regardless, my c section scar area will be jacked up from a 3rd pregnancy (I had a scar revision in 2022 as well). I am in therapy now for scar tissue issues in that area. With my second pregnancy, I had some issues with circulation, which all cleared up after birth but I remember my doc saying that she thought a c section would be safer due to that and the general closeness of the births. None of my c sections were emergencies - my first was just breech and I went in to labor before we could attempt to turn him. I went into labor with both of my boys naturally. Thoughts?

Cellcore & Pregnancy

After over a year on the detox protocol (mostly for environmental and plastic toxins), I am feeling so much better! Truly a success story for me. We are considering trying to conceive again. I talked to my functional doc about it and he said I should still stay on a half dose of metabolic activator, HM-ET, CT Minerals, IFC, and BCATP. I trust him but I am also uneasy about it... I was thinking of maybe taking a break until we get pregnant and then waiting at least 8 weeks so baby's critical development is past before starting back up. Any suggestions? I feel like my OB is going to discourage this.

Do we like it?

I know I shouldn’t care how anyone feels about it but just curious. I have a boy with an R name and another boy with a Ch name. I want something unique, but pretty for a girl. We like Clarke Nicole (middle name is family name). Thoughts?
