What the hell..

Omori stop playing with us this isn’t funny anymore 😭
Any danmachi fan gets how important the gods are, so honestly, seeing a guy, who looks like Finn, is called Finn in a work created by omori, mention the gods got me thinking.
And the next scene is even more disturbing.
Especially the part where he state that they were abandoned by gods.
This could simply be the knowledge gap that a reader who has read both stories has compared to someone who would’ve approached wistoria as a separate story wouldn’t think much of it.
But that could also very much be omori letting himself the opportunity to merge his works after danmachi is finished.
Coincidences or not, im really curious about how this is going to turn out.
I’m open to novel spoilers

What the hell..

As a danmachi fan this took my by surprise, I was sooooo creeped out.
Like wdym the concept of god doesn’t exist, are the danmachi and wistoria world actually connected ?
I have so many questions man.
This is actually crazy.
And Finn looks so nostalgic and bitter.
Can novel readers spoil me plz ?

Tung tung shadow sahur

So I’ve tried picking up the novel where I left it, I’m struggling to keep going, is there anything interesting happening in the chess arc, and if not when does the story get better ?

I’m tired boss 🫩💔

This sub is FILLED with either ai slop posted by some Spanish guy, another stupid power scaling debate that makes no sense, or straight up porn.
Just fill it with lobotomy please I beg you, at least it’s somehow entertaining, I’ve been a fan of danmachi for years, finding out its community was like that was such a blow to my soul.
Ever time I come here I end up more and more disappointed in humanity

Do the authors get off by making their characters suffer ?
I mean, that’s what I ask myself when I look on most piece of fiction nowadays, just looking through these mcs going through hell and more.
On a more serious note, is it perhaps because the authors end up actually hating their story / mc ?
Personally my tastes change quite quickly, It doesn’t mean that I end up hating what I liked a few weeks ago, it means that it simply doesn’t interest me as much as the current genre I’m going through as of right now (but that’s only my personal experience)
So I sometimes as myself, don’t authors end up hating their story as time pass, having to consistently write the same story through YEARS, I can’t seem to grasp how they wouldn’t end up hating them, humans evolve and consistently grow, I can’t possibly watch an anime my 12 years old would devour in half a day.
So perhaps as a form of petty little revenge they make their mc suffer to relieve themselves a little.
So, do you think Omori regret danmachi ?
(I’m writing this having the 8 last volumes in mind)
