The reason why social media is so screwed up today is because these companies allow people to monetize. Therefore if you monetize by posting some BS those same people try harder and harder to keep on monetizing with more bullshit. now in my opinion I believe that social media weaponized that so therefore they can continue to make as much money as they want through ad revenue while the people destroy each other with all the bs and disinformation. So now those companies got you doing the misinformation for them for crumbs on the dollar. what the social media companies make is ginormous
