Does anyone have an infographic of the current loot pool for raids?

Okay i don't know if this is common or if there's a reason. but most of my adult life i have slept on my stomach. until recently (6 months ago) i have started sleeping on my back. i have never dreamed before; and now that im sleeping on my back there's around 80% of nights i have full on dreams i can remember. another odd thing i've noticed is if i do the same with my arm(s) (specifically my elbow or above) is above my head i'll have sleep paralysis. There's 5-30 seconds where i cannot move, but i can look around. I never see anything, but sometimes i hear doors opening and closing in the middle of the night. This has happened three times"arm above head sleeps" in about 5 weeks; very odd. anyone know why any of this is?
