Has anyone hired a paraprofessional to do all the beginning work for modification,child support etc. And if needed to go to trial hired an attorney to help them in court? I am trying to financially do it the best way possible to consolidate funds?

Can someone also recommend a good paraprofessional in az?

Hello all I will be going to court for modification soon, my last modification was very unorganized and I wish I had more details. What are your suggestions on social media posts? This was never an issue, but because I am going to court again I want to make sure I implement everything I possibly can on my order. For example, I have read some people that requested both parents are not to post anything that can humiliate the child.

Does this even make sense…

Fathers has child 6 days out of the month, some holidays, father has not seen child in 8 months (only some phone calls)

All the other times child is with me.

The order says 50/50 and I am primary residential parent.

Should I request something different during modification?

Can you suggest some good percentages you have for examples?

I’m getting ready to prepare for a modification. I really hope this goes smoothly. I know I have nothing to worry about. I guess it’s just my nerves and my anxiety are getting the best of me. When I am nervous, I tend to forget how to speak or even what I’m thinking, and when it comes to a child, you need to be prepared to take action for their best interest.

What questions in court did the judge ask you?
Or even the opposing parties attorney when on the stand that you were not prepared for?

I really want to do my best, I’ve been reading books, watching trials on YouTube.

This is for seeking sole decision making and modifying parenting (also planning to move out of state in 2027) I am sure that will be another hearing. I do not mind if it stays 50/50 just with some additional adjustments for the child’s best interest really.

I’m in the process of going to court for a court modification, I am seeing a lot of Paraprofessionals which I have never heard of until this year has anyone used them for a family court modification. If so, can you recommend any?

I am looking into a few paraprofessionals. Are they as good as actual attorneys?
Can anyone recommend a good one? I am going to do somewhat of a chaotic modification, which includes moving out of state.

I am looking for a family attorney that is aggressive when needed and can handle a modification
