I have a question, Why is it so hard for people to take accountability for their actions? It's like, you made a mistake? We all make mistakes, I am not perfect but is forgiveness is not something that exists in your world?

Your an intelligent deep human being. Who deserves happiness. You exist for a reason. The sun shines down on you and warms your body. Allow yourself to feel. It is only the strong that don't chase away their emotions. Remember you are valuable and time and money are just an illusion.

Thoughts on "why people need constant entertainment?"

Constant entertainment rules our lives today because of quick dopamine hits, tech design that trains us to lose focus, and our habit of running away from quiet moments and stress.

Why We Can't Sit Still: Fast dopamine: Quick phone alerts give the brain instant joy. Boring real life: Slow daily tasks feel way too dull after fast digital feeds.Short focus: Constant pings teach the mind to jump around instead of deep thinking. Avoiding feelings: Screens block out worry, sadness, or uncomfortable quiet time.Fear of stillness: Society treats sitting still as a waste of time.
