weekends
the weekends where we don’t talk are always the weekends where i’m happier. isn’t that funny?
feeling no impact in the gym (17/F)
for context i’m a complete beginner
am i doing something wrong? i’ve been using the ab crunch/abdominal machine at my gym and everytime i use it i feel literally no impact at all. i googled it and it said to use a lighter weight, so ive been using 10kg, but i still cant feel any impact. google says move your ribs to your hips, which i do and can’t feel it. i’m not pulling with my hands, idk if im pushing from my shoulders? i don’t know what im doing wrong.
i don’t know how to tense my stomach muscles which you’re apparently supposed to do, idk i just feel like i’m doing something wrong and i don’t know what?
then i use the glute abductor and can feel small impact during use, but as soon as i get off it’s like i haven’t worked out at all. same on the treadmill. am i just doing workouts that are too easy? why am i feeling no impact on anything at all? please help, thank you:)

need some advice on organising various things please!
- pyjamas
currently all just shoved in one drawer, i have a lot of fluffy pj pants which are quite thick so take up a lot of space. i don’t know how to make them all fit other than by getting rid of them?
- electronics/wires
power banks, cables, my galaxy lamp that lives in a drawer when not in use… what do i do with all the wires? lol
- magazines
my mum signed me up for a magazine subscription and i have tons of these magazines i haven’t read. she says she’s cancelled it but they keep coming and i don’t have space to put any of them now.
- random crap
random miscellaneous items, mementos and ticket stubs and photos… idk what to do with them.
- hair products
hairdryers, hot brush, straighteners, a bunch of clips and scrunchies and hairspray etc… help me. how do i make it organised please lol.
