Am so depressed and i have an ocd also an adhd and the prblm there isn’t adhd medication in my country am living the hell i can’t deal with this anymore , doc ? They don’t even understand me , people.? The same thing , am all alone here no one can understand especially in my society they don’t believe that there is a mentall illness or they don’t even care am taking some medeicns without any results gor 3 years every time the docs change the medecines or doses and when i tell them my problems they only say oooh that’s normal we all face this ! Like what bro ? All of u want to suicide ???
I swear if i wasn’t a muslim i would suicide as soon as possible but in our relligion it’s prohibited and am afraid of allah but at the same time i can’t live with this i can’t i justttt can’t deal with this !
And plz don’t tell me " go and talk to someone ” cuz literally there is no one to talk to , even talking isn’t the solution for me !
