Precognitive dream and NHI.

I had a precognitive dream earlier this week. I was going on a sightseeing journey to Native lands I have studied in and had experiences in before. Lake Memphremagog on the Canadian border at a place called Newport VT. Where there are giant eels and "Memphy" another lake serpent that is particularly aggressive.

The night before I had a clairvoyant type precognitive dream of the trip the next day. In the dream three objects very similar to my illustration above were tracking me and following me up there. I figured it a was symbolic of a time when I worked in mapping for vehicle navigation and thought maybe my navigation system was tracking me and perhaps the objects symbolized satellites.

The next I had a beautiful long trip viewing the fall foliage changing colors, and the Vermont mountains and sky and lakes. After getting home I was watching a high quality UFO video from which I made the above illustration. These were what were in my dream tracking me.

I have also had telepathy up there as well as other paranormal experiences, clairvoyant dreams of flying in UFO and a strong feeling of Sasquatch living near me when I lived up on Elmore peak. The area is a hot spot of strangeness as well as being very beautiful with many Native descendants living under the radar.

Perhaps I picked up the "trackers" at the Karmê Chöling Meditation Retreat Center on my way up as I stopped in their parking lot but did not go in. Unfortunately an incautious squirrel ran under my tires at about the same time, the only sour note.

## UAP/UFO Research & Development: The Field-Envelope Technology Trail

I've been looking at publicly available U.S. government R&D records for technologies that could relate to a specific UAP engineering hypothesis:

**Not a conventional propulsion system, but a vehicle surrounded by a controlled electromagnetic, plasma, quantum, or spacetime field.**

There is no public evidence that the U.S. has built such a vehicle. However, there is a documented collection of government research addressing pieces of the underlying physics.

### 1. DIA — “Quantum Tomography of Negative Energy States in the Vacuum”

This is one of the most directly relevant documents.

The Defense Intelligence Agency released a document titled **“Quantum Tomography of Negative Energy States in the Vacuum.”**

The document discusses a hypothetical aerospace vehicle using **negative quantum vacuum energy to modify spacetime in the immediate vicinity surrounding the vehicle**, potentially producing effects associated with warp drives, traversable wormholes, or antigravity.

It discusses quantum phenomena including:

* the **Casimir effect**

* **squeezed electromagnetic vacuum states**

* negative-energy states

* measurement and characterization of vacuum fluctuations

The document treats this as theoretical research. It does not establish that a practical negative-energy propulsion or field system has been developed.

**DIA document:**

https://www.dia.mil/FOIA/FOIA-Electronic-Reading-Room/FileId/237632/

### 2. DIA — “Gravity/Antigravity/Propulsion Effects”

Another DIA-released technical document examines **advanced metric engineering** using general relativity.

It discusses the **Alcubierre warp-drive metric**, in which spacetime is theoretically contracted in front of a spacecraft and expanded behind it.

For the field-envelope concept, the important feature is the spacecraft being surrounded by a **“warp bubble.”**

The proposed bubble requires an unusual stress-energy distribution involving **negative energy and/or negative pressure**.

The document is a theoretical analysis rather than evidence that such a vehicle exists.

**DIA document:**

https://www.dia.mil/FOIA/FOIA-Electronic-Reading-Room/FileId/170021/

### 3. DIA — Warp Drive Requirements

A related DIA document examines the theoretical engineering requirements for a warp bubble.

It discusses the spacetime geometry described by general relativity and the energy-density requirements associated with creating a modified spacetime region around a spacecraft.

The fundamental problem is finding a physically realizable source capable of producing the required **stress-energy distribution**.

**DIA document:**

https://www.dia.mil/FOIA/FOIA-Electronic-Reading-Room/FileId/237627/

### 4. DARPA — Meso: Mesodynamic Architectures

**Program:** Meso

**Status:** Completed

Meso investigated unusual behavior emerging at small spatial and temporal scales.

DARPA's research areas included:

* new states of matter

* previously untapped forces

* relationships between **fields and excitations**

* coherent collective dynamics

* magnetoelectric effects

* nonlinear phenomena

* quantum engineering

* interactions among sound, electricity/magnetism and light

This was not a spacecraft program. Its relevance is the underlying physics of **engineering matter and fields as an integrated system**.

**DARPA Meso:**

### 5. DARPA — NLM: Nascent Light-Matter Interactions

**Program:** Nascent Light-Matter Interactions (NLM)

**Announced:** November 15, 2017

**Status:** Completed

NLM investigated engineered materials capable of producing unusual interactions between **matter and electromagnetic fields**.

DARPA identified areas including:

* active media

* symmetry effects

* non-reciprocity

* linear and nonlinear resonant coupling

* engineered electromagnetic properties

* electromagnetic drives

* energy harvesting

The broader concept is controlling electromagnetic behavior through engineered matter rather than simply treating the electromagnetic field as an incidental effect.

**DARPA NLM:**

**DARPA announcement:**

https://www.darpa.mil/news/2017/light-matter-interactions

### 6. DARPA — QUAMELEON

**Program:** QUAMELEON

**Solicitation:** 2024

**Status:** Active research program

QUAMELEON investigates **strong light-matter coupling**, including systems in which electromagnetic fields and cavity-enhanced vacuum modes can alter material properties.

Research areas include:

* quantum materials

* vacuum effects

* electromagnetic-field control

* cavity quantum electrodynamics

* new phases of matter

* nonequilibrium effects

* engineered light-matter coupling

This is not a propulsion program. It is quantum/materials research, but it is relevant to the question of whether electromagnetic fields and vacuum fluctuations can be deliberately engineered to produce unusual physical states.

**DARPA QUAMELEON:**

https://www.darpa.mil/research/programs/quameleon

### 7. DARPA — Defense Sciences Office (DSO)

The **Defense Sciences Office** is important because many of these technologies fall within the fundamental physics and advanced-materials research conducted through DSO.

Its areas of interest include fundamental physics, advanced materials, nonlinear systems, quantum technologies and other high-risk science.
