Why are my suit pants bunching up so much?

Why are my suit pants bunching up so much?

I got this Brooks Brothers 1818 suit recently for a slate of weddings this summer. It looked good in the store and when I was getting ready, but I was really dismayed to see how horribly the trousers bunched up in these photos from two weddings, a week apart from each other. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it (or at least avoid it in the future)?

Thanks!

The Sword and the Sorcerer (1982)

I was in the mood for an old sword-and-sorcery flick, and it's hard to imagine a better option than one literally called The Sword and the Sorcerer, back in the days when they weren't afraid of American accents in period pieces or fantasy, and even a low budget movie like this had more practical effects and on-location shots than today's blockbusters.

I'm honestly shocked this was released before Conan the Barbarian, because the whole time I thought it was a lazy knockoff. All the archetypes are there: orphan-turned-warrior, special sword, evil warlords, maidens throwing themselves at our hunky hero. It felt like an inexperienced DM's first DnD campaign; the big screen version of The Eye of Argon.

The acting is flat, the story thin, the costumes and props LARPy, the tripartite sword / harpoon gun ludicrously silly, and its treatment of women demeaning or even offensive. But for all that, there are genuinely fantastic effects for Xusia, the titular sorcerer, and the whole movie is carried by him and Cromwell, the main antagonist.

This thing needed more Xusia.

2/5

Most useful Bond car?

There’s no shortage of cool cars in the franchise, but which ended up being the most useful? My top choices would be:

- the Lotus Esprit: gets them out of a tough spot, destroys a helicopter, and takes them where they need to go with no problems
- the V12 in Die Another Day: the gadgets are all used as intended, carnage galore, holds up well for the whole Iceland sequence
- the V8 in The Living Daylights: they make a successful getaway until the damage is too much and they have to abandon it

In the original movie, the mugs we see in the control room are black with the yellow Jurassic Park logo on them. I’ve only been able to find mugs with the more common red logo. Anyone been able to find a screen-accurate version?
