 Role: Lead Qualifier​/CLOSER

 Hours:

• Part-time: 9am–3pm PST

• Full-time: 9am–6pm PST

 Pay:

• $3/hour (USD) – PAID WEEKLY VIA WISE

• $500​-$1,000 commission per deal CLOSED

• Cold calling property owners

I'm looking for a reliable remote caller to help generate appointments for my residential cleaning company.

We are an established cleaning business serving Los Angeles County with a growing customer base and positive reviews. We're looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with homeowners, following a script, providing quotes, and booking appointments.

Compensation: • $3/hour paid weekly via Wise • $10 commission for every completed cleaning appointment you book (No limit to how many appointments you can book daily!)

Hours: 6 Hrs a day to start with 8 hrs daily in the next 30-60 days. 5 days a week!

What you'll be doing:
• Calling homeowner leads that we provide
• Following our script and process
• Sending quotes to prospects while on the phone
• Booking appointments into our system
• Updating lead information in Google Sheets
• Helping build new lead lists using our software and training

Tools we use:
• Jobber
• Google Sheets
• Real estate lead software

We're looking for someone with:
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous calling, appointment setting, or sales experience
• Reliable internet and headset
• Good attention to detail
• Professional attitude and consistency

Training will be provided, including our script, quoting process, and systems.
