The fees shown in the allotment order (143900 for me) is that the annual fee for the college or sem fees?

I got mvsr college in phase 2 but I'm not happy with it as it's too far from my home and il have to live in a hostel so I'm thinking of enrolling in phase 3 and trying again but I had a few doubts

I saw somewhere that I first have to take admission in the college I got in phase 2 to participate in phase 3, does that mean i have to pay the 1st sem tuition fee or admission fee? And where can I pay it from?

Will i have to attend the college I got in phase 2 while I'm waiting for phase 3 allotment?

What are the deadlines for these?

I wrote TG EAPCET and got rank 49100, SC category. I've lived in Hyderabad basically my whole life, but in 10th and 11th I had to move to Bangalore because of my parents, then came back to Hyderabad for 12th.

Went for certificate verification at the HLC center and the worker there told me I won't get local (OU region) status because of the gap, and that I'll have to compete in the 15% non-local/unreserved pool instead of the 85% local pool. He called his senior over, and the senior said something about getting a residence certificate that might fix it, idk how that helps

So I applied for a residence certificate, but it won't be ready for 10 more days. I took the application receipt back to the HLC center as proof I'd applied, but when I got there no one was there at the center. What can I do now? Did I miss the verification slots for phase 1?

Does a residence certificate showing parental domicile actually restore local status

Any help or shared experience would be appreciated

Well I think my exam is tmrw and idk shi I think il copy but idk how like is it possible to use Google n shi? Shud I have a guy in a corner? I didn't write the mock so idk how the exam interface is, like is there a real person supervising or a bot?
