Definitely reach out! I bought a backup of my mascara before my current tube ran out. First use it was great. Second use it was so dried out! That tube was not my ride or die caliray that I've loved for years and even wore on my wedding day it's that awesome. So I reached out on Instagram just to see if the formula had changed. I explained it was outside the 30 day return window with sephora so I just tossed it. They said no the formula is the same and were very apologetic. They sent me a replacement and a very sweet note! I'm definitely a caliray fan for life, their customer service is incredible. So if you try it and you get a bum tube reach out and give them another chance because it really is a great product.

I've enjoyed what I've learned from this sub. I no longer use the 4 letter word F****c S*****r or dryer sheets. My method is powder tide clean and gentle, some loads a scoop of febu, I've tried all measurements of citric acid from 2 tablespoons to 1/4th teaspoon all with same results. I wash in warm or hot, top loader no agitator whirlpool USA always an extra rinse, clean boost and presoak, we have well water with a softener/filter. I apologize but I dont know the hardness PPM but I know it's hard with heavy iron deposits. My laundry since switching to this regimen has consistently been rough, pilling and crispy. Remember the old school butter finger commercials? Well that's the description of my laundry now minus the peanut buttery. What am I doing wrong? Rinse and refresh gives same results using 1/4 cup. Also please be kind, educate don't berate.

Sanchito is 100% angel but loves biting the snot out of his human sister, specifically her feet 😂. It's laundry day and he's helping 🤣

Sanchito did great at the groomers today! Still had a few "hiccups" but his groomer said his new anxiety medication 💊 made a world of difference today! Thanks for all the good vibes yesterday. My sweet boy is ready for summer with his sassy haircut.

He goes to the groomers tomorrow but being neurological and having sky high anxiety makes it difficult for him. To say he loses his 💩 is a mild statement. So the game plan we came up with his vet is to bathe him at home the day before, give him his meds an hour before his appointment and when I drop him off his groomer goes right into his haircut. He does pretty good on his body but touching his head is where he draws a line. Wish him luck tomorrow! He's my sweet handsome boy.

Gotta admit, him being a rescue I was a little surprised! And he has relatives all over the country! So if you use embark check your results, you may be related to my Sanchito. And his health report came back really good. I know he's neurological so that was a relief.

I read in the group that citric acid is superior to vinegar for use in the softener dispenser for the rinse cycle.

I previously used vinegar, my clothes would be soft with an ever so slight hint of tangy vinegar, but they were soft.

So I switched to citric acid since this was supposed to be better. I use 1 tablespoon in the rinse dispenser and always an extra rinse. But my clothes are coming out so stiff! Zero softness.

We have well water that is very hard with heavy iron. I have a top loader, no bells and whistles really just a whirlpool cabrio. Any suggestions to what I might be doing wrong? Thanks y'all.

*** I found it !*** The instructions say to add a scoop, where is the scooper? I can't find one in the bag so how big is a scoop? Thanks y'all 👍🏼
