42m, light bowel incontinence, need recommendations.

Hi all, this past summer I started to get nightly bowel leakage, mostly in the AM and a bit during the day. It's clear and odorless, but you can definitely tell I have something going on back there when I'm only wearing underwear/pants without a pad.

I'm fairly active, I like to walk, hike, bike, etc. The Depends pads I found work well, but I think they are meant for urinary incontinence and they bunch up or stick to my thighs, especially when active. I bought Surestride incontinence boxer briefs, but they're horribly hot/uncomfortable and are overkill for my kind of problem.

What do you all recommend for someone like me with light/clear bowel discharge, and moderately active lifestyle? I wish they had underwear with a pocket to put a small pad into. I'm tired of spending too much money on uncomfortable/overkill solutions that don't work as intended.

I really appreciate your help with this! I'm new to incontinence (don't worry, seeing a GI specialist this month). Thanks in advance!

Progressive Hip Hop, RnB, etc.?

Asking this because I'm just not very knowledgeable about music. Does anything like this exist?

What prompted this is listening to Cardiacs - The Seaside. I was never into punk beyond a few popular examples, but loved the energy and angst. Cardiacs are a nice blend of the raw, fast, hard hitting sound of punk mixed with progressive playing and New Wave approachability.

Are there pure hip hop or RnB examples of progressive (mainly musically complex) acts? If I were to provide an example of my own, I'd say Busta Ryhmes fits the bill. Really enjoyed his arrangements, his other-worldy rapping ability (speed and flow), and unique presentation. Anderson Paak is another artist that fits that mold for me with undeniable talent as a multiinstrumentalist.

What are your suggestions? Asking to get recommendations and perspectives!

Thank you!
