Long-Term Risks of Early Antibiotic Exposure for infant

Im a FTM, I had my son on 7/11. Within 10 days of life he caught a UTI. He was admitted in the hospital to treat. In September, he caught salmonella. We were admitted again.
October 7th, he was diagnosed again with salmonella AND the flu. Dr sent us home with antibiotics.

I just dont understand how this has happened. My mom did catch the flu and he was exposed.

But my main concerns - he is so young. All of these antibiotics must not be good in the long run. Can someone comfort me? Will this mean he is at risk for more infections as he gets older? Im so sad.

I am a clean freak. I barely leave my house with him. Barely cook at home. Idk.
I hope a dr responds to this.

Thanks family.
