Vomit with a flower headband on top of it.

I work in biomedical research and there’s a big warehouse that I’ve been going through little by little trying to get rid of stuff. I found this and nobody seems to know what its use is. Searched with a picture online and found not a single result. There’s about 30 of the plastic liners that fit perfectly on top of it. My best guess is a chemical workspace?
