Is sourcing homes priced below their current Zillow listing is a worth it Buisness?, I usually sell these leads to individuals but the payout is very low than the work i give.
These are not random leads. I’m talking about motivated sellers, quick-close situations, and properties where pricing flexibility already exists. So i need your insights so I can start target realtors and buyers myself.
I’d like to know:
What discount range actually gets your attention? (5%, 10%, 20%+ under list?)
What price points and locations are buyers targeting right now?
How quickly can you move on a solid deal?
Give your honest opinions on this, as i really want to know if it’s perfect business to step in
