Dave’s new terms

Dave’s new terms

Anyone get this email? Does this mean they can now sue you or send to collections over unpaid extracash?

I have extracash that has been unpaid since 2025 (I narrowly escaped them somehow from getting me) but they just changes their terms. Does that mean I can opt out of this agreement since I haven’t used it since 2025 before they changed their terms? I’m confused lol help me

Where are you guys buying the UHD 4K Digital Michael movie?

I originally bought it on Amazon but I was unaware that you need the prime video subscription that lets you view things in UHD 4K🙃 so even though I bought it in UHD 4K, it will only show in standard definition unless I buy the subscription. The chat confirmed I would have to add the $5 a month subscription in order to watch it in that format even though that’s the format I purchased. They offered me a refund lol after I said this wasn’t disclosed to me.

Where did you guys buy it and not have this issue? I don’t want to pay for a subscription when I don’t even use prime video like that. I just want to watch it in good quality 😭

Can you use Sezzle to pay G&S?

Can I use my Sezzle anywhere card to pay a g&s invoice someone sent me for a product I bought? Don’t want to get in trouble with Sezzle or PayPal.

Why didn’t Paris support or like the movie?

I’m just wondering what all your thoughts are. She said it was basically untrue and some flat out lies so I’m just wondering what those were? I know it didn’t show his whole life but was it really all straight fiction? I’m new to being a fan, I was super young when he died and was big so this is all new to me. I loved the movie and will be so sad if he’s nothing like they portrayed him 😭

Imax with laser at AMC or Dolby at AMC?

Hi guys, I saw the movie in standard already at a nearby theater. Looking to see it in either imax with laster or dolby for my next viewing, both at amc. The nearest theater for both are about 2 hours from me, but I'm willing to drive for the experience! Which do you think is better? I would go see in both formats but the theaters are in 2 different locations, both 2 hours from me each way. Help me pick!

I have a credit line (elastic line of credit) that I have fallen behind on due to financial circumstances. I have tried to work out some type of hardship or payment program with them, but they won’t.

They told me they will report to clarity if I don’t make a payment in the next couple of days. Does Clarity report to the 3 credit bureaus and what type of loans or such check a clarity score? I have never heard of it before, do car loans check a clarity score or like if you’re looking for an apartment?

Anyone ever revoke ach on Rise Up Lending tribal loan? Did they sue you or send to collections? It says on the loan agreement they can send to collections but do they really?

Has anyone ever defaulted with them and if so, what happened? Did they sue you or send you to collections? I have fallen on hard times and am having a hard time paying my bills, let alone this loan. It has a 300% interest rate. I know I’m stupid to have even taken it.

I have missed two payments and they haven’t called me or even emailed me. I have reached out 5 times via email to see if they have some sort of hardship plan I can do, but they never responded. Finally I got an email back today that said to call them but I can’t do it until I get off work. Also it’s not showing on my credit yet, it showed they did a pull when I applied but that’s it.
