What are the most affordable 1 / 2 bd rooms apts at the domain for $1500 - $1700 a month that you guys would recommend?

I ordered a car screen from youducar.com on the 23rd of April. The item supposedly left China on the 25th per the tracking details there hasn't been an update since then. I reached out to them and they said that the shipping company has said that the item is with customs and waiting to be released since the 8th of May and today is the 11th of May.

Is this accurate? Could it have been that the item was lost by this point? I'm located physically in LA.
