going to redraw it digitally

Is it normal for it to make my skin flakey? If not, how do I fix it? I just bought it and I haven't tested how it looks after a few hours with makeup on, but just after applying it seems like it forms flakes immediately. I usually use foundation to cover up my acne and I haven't had this problem until nkw

My hair is wavy/curly, I'm still trying to improve it because it's very heat damaged, however I noticed every time, I manage to get a lot of thin hair strands that curl around eachother in the front so I just look like I developed dreads, but in the back everything looks normal. How does this even happen?
