I have been told that guru chandal you isn't great and causes delays when asked for solution - they said there is a pooja to be done but that was supposed to happen within first month of you were born. Recently another astrologer told that it's okay to do it now as they said this yog can also have harmful effects on the father.

I recently applied for a solution engineer role in netapp with the help of a referral and it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. I was always under the assumption that a referral will land me into an interview atleast- but now I am confused.
Is this how referral are generally done in netapp? Or I should just close this chapter lol?

I ordered a perfume worth 5,000 rupees ( Kylie jenner - Cosmic) that arrived completely damaged and leaked. I reported it within 30 minutes of delivery, shared clear photos immediately, and instead of helping, my refund was rejected without any proper explanation.
They mentioned some weird policy and refused to explain and in their eyes its not their fault since shipment box isn’t tampered.
I am so enraged never have I experienced this. I have raised a ticket and will wait on their response but U am not very hopeful.
I might raise a consumer complaint and any advice on this will be useful.
I am bout to cry never buying from them again

I work in IT and although I earn fairly okay since past 2 years my career have been very stagnant no personal or monetary growth. I am starting to second guess whether this role or job is even good for me . I have been trying to get a new one but no chance at all. Any advice?
