Looking for 3bhk within 1.2 cr

I was recently informed that there's a 1300+ sft 2 bhk flat for sale in Rajpushpa imperia for 1.2 cr ( including everything except registration).

The deal was so close but my family wants me to go for a 3bhk. What are my options? I'm not going to spend more than 1.2cr. And I'm also ok to pay in full (only white).

We don't really need all amenities like pool, etc .. we just need a good anc spacious 3bhk in a decent community.

Looking for apartments within 20km radius from Madhapur. Not beyond this

For agents reading this, please don't bombard with requests if you want to give me expensive deals. I'm not going to buy.

Protesting genz really need some gyan about history and national security.

I believe that many western nations want to see India destabilize and is growth is stopped. Sure to recent global events, our country's employment and development is already suffering. No country is spared. But without national security and safe buyers, we will go back to 2011.

What do you think?

I believe r/Hyderabad is owned by people from specific community or nationality.

There is a specific subreddit for Hyderabad, but I highly doubt it is maintained by Indians or perhaps it is run exclusively by people from a specific community. Every time I post factual information that goes against their agenda, my post is immediately removed. Someone previously mentioned that this subreddit was originally created for Hyderabad, P*kst@n, and was only later converted for India's Hyderabad. I am now starting to actually believe that this might be true.

Every time someone posts something against Hindus, Indian culture, the Indian Army, or the BJP, the post is allowed to stay. However, if anyone critically comments on the Congress government, the Old City, or people from that specific community, the post is immediately deleted. This is one of the major reasons I decided to stop posting there. Instead, I have started posting more on this sub.

What do you guys think? Do you believe the Hyderabad subreddit is owned by a specific community or by people from our neighboring country? What are your thoughts?

I highly recommend exiting that sub and post in this sub only.

FYI I’m not a mod in any sub-Reddit.

Edit: My intention is not to offend any community. We should be able to constructively criticise and grow. If u can’t speak in anonymous platform like Reddit, where else would u speak?

Can we finally admit the Hyderabad real estate market is a giant scam?

Hey guys,

I need to vent, and I know a lot of you are feeling the same way. If you looked at flat or villa prices recently around Gachibowli, Kondapur, or Madhapur and thought, "Who the hell is actually buying these?" you aren't crazy. The math literally does not add up for normal working people anymore.

The whole market feels completely fake, and honestly, it’s because it is. Here is the actual reality of what’s happening behind the scenes right now:

1. The Luxury Villa Laundromat

We keep seeing these insane villas priced anywhere from ₹10 Crore to ₹50 Crore. Let's be real: no IT professional, no matter how high up they are, is buying a house with a 50-crore loan.

Word on the street is that the Income Tax Dept, ED, and CBI are heavily breathing down the necks of these builders now. Why? Because these properties are basically just parking slots for black money. Corrupt politicians, sketchy businessmen, and officials are using our housing market to launder dirty cash. It’s not "organic demand"—it’s just a playground for corrupt people.

2. Those "Record-Breaking" Land Auctions are a Total Bluff

Remember a while back when headlines screamed that government land sold for an insane ₹237 Crore per acre? The real estate mafia used that to justify doubling the price of your average 3BHK flat.

But it’s a total illusion. Behind closed doors, these high bids are allegedly rigged. A developer agrees to pay an astronomical price for one tiny, high-profile plot to pump up market hype. In return, the government quietly hands them other massive tracks of land elsewhere for dirt cheap, or gives them crazy favors under the table. It’s a rigged game to force the rest of us to pay more.

3. Normal People are Priced Out (And 1 Lakh Flats are Sitting Empty)

Because builders are high on their own supply and basing their prices on these fake auction numbers, they’ve priced out the actual middle class.

The people who actually need homes to live in—honest IT folks, doctors, local business owners—have completely stopped buying. Because of this greed, there are currently an estimated 1,00,000 ready-to-occupy flats sitting completely empty and vacant across Hyderabad. Think about that. People can't afford homes, yet a lakh of them are just gathering dust.

4. It’s Not Bouncing Back Anytime Soon

If you’re waiting for the market to "recover," don't hold your breath. Insiders and experts are saying we are headed for a long period of stagnation. Between global economic messiness and the IT job market softening big time (layoffs, hiring freezes, etc.), there is no real money left to sustain these ridiculous prices. The bubble has hit a hard ceiling.

TL;DR: Don't let FOMO trick you into signing away 30 years of your life for an overpriced flat. The Hyderabad market isn't booming because of "growth"; it’s being artificially pumped by corrupt money and rigged auctions.

Are any of you seeing builders quietly trying to negotiate or offer discounts in your areas? Or are they still stubbornly holding onto these fake prices? Let's talk. used local llm to finetune some of this.

2x Dell F3YGT Laptop Batteries – ₹1000 for Both

Hi everyone,

I’m selling 2 Dell F3YGT laptop batteries that I purchased last year for my Dell Latitude laptop. Unfortunately, the laptop had other hardware issues before I could replace the batteries, so they are no longer needed.

Details:

* Model: Dell F3YGT

* Quantity: 2 batteries

* Condition: Purchased last year, unused by me

* Original packaging available for one battery only. Open box. No bills. I lost them. Just getting rid of the inventory.

* Compatible with several Dell Latitude models including 7280, 7290, 7380, 7390, 7480, and 7490 (please verify compatibility before purchasing)

* Price: ₹1000 for both batteries together (not selling separately)

I could've given them for free. But my brother doesn't want me to giveaway anything for free 😁

Location: Telecom nagar, Gachibowli

You’re welcome to inspect the batteries before purchasing. I can also share photos of the batteries, labels, and the available box upon request.

DM if interested. First come, first served.

Thanks!
