Context: Am born in a telugu family but lived so far of my life in Karnataka. I can speak and understand telugu but my reading is weak to non-existent.

I want to learn to read telugu and probably learn to write someday.

With Microsoft Board dying, can someone suggest free tools similar to it which has:

• If I write something on phone version, the thing will come on the pc version in real time or lag of few seconds
• Sort of user friendly with lot of options
• Should work offline also

ACS Engineering Clg, AMC Engineering Clg, DSATM, Ambedkar Institute of technology, Acharya Institute of technology, CMRIT and JSSATE. Which should I keep as my first preference?

So my options (from COMEDK) is CMRIT, JSSATE, DSATM and AIT. Should I join here or look into other options?
