Career change to pest control control

I am wanting to leave doing apartment maintenance that I’ve been doing for almost 9 years now. It just sucks now, it’s stressful, and the on call all the time sucks. I am thinking about a career change into the pest control industry at the entry level. What can I expect starting/base pay to be. How is the day to day. Is it a laid back job. What are some of the cons? I am in the Greensboro North Carolina area so any tips for any of what I asked would be greatly appreciated from you guys. Thanks!

Use of my new generator question

I just went and got one of these. It will mainly be for if we camp or tailgate but mainly if the power goes out from a bad storm. It will most definitely always get hooked up to the refrigerator but I wonder what else I can run at the same time with this power. What do you all do in a real life scenario?

Back in the Glock Gang

Went to academy sports and and got another Glock 43 in the factory flat dark earth. Tried other conceal pistols but the gun itself and reliability really is just the best out there. Also the factory frame colors seem really hard to come by now and I don’t know what is up with academy. It said it was $499 but when I checked out it was $399? Anyone know why they have these secret or low visibility sales?

My kimber set up

This is the carry package I bought at academy last week for $600. I went last weekend and shot 160 rounds through it, FMJ 115 gr and Federal HST 124gr. It ran flawless, no issues. What do y’all think good deal for a carry package? The mags going in were the only thing at first that was not great. As long as you put them in with a little effort they go in every time so maybe just me or a break in.
