In the past it used to be you could apply to a temp agency and they would send you out to wherever needed temp employees. Is there work like that available nowadays? It seems agencies like Kelly's you have to apply to specific jobs. Anyone know if there are agencies in town that have openings?

Is there a legal reason an employer would be advertising a remote job in Canada, but says you must reside in any province besides Ontario or Quebec?

It's a contract (edit: third party), not an employee, if that makes any difference.

Trying to sell my travel trailer and some guy wants me to buy a report?

I listed my travel trailer yesterday for around 11k in Alberta. In about 5 mins of posting some guy reached out asking some questions. He then asked me if I had a STD which to be honest I have never heard of. He then asked me if I would get a sales title draft from salestitledraft.com. He said he wanted to check the odo meter, and vehicle history. Well this is a trailer with no odo meter and it also probably doesnt have a service history either. It seems more like this guy owns that website and is just baiting me to buy a report from this website.

Noticed that all access to the lower part of Mohawk Park including the lower parking lot is blocked off and security is stopping people from going in. Didn't see any notice from the city, anyone know what's going on? There is some sort of truck event coming, but not yet.

Landlord left N12 with 12 year old and the date on it was wrong. Will this have any bearing when the L2 hearing eventually comes around? Since the notice, landlord has been harassing over silly things like not bringing in the garbage bins, when I wasn't even home yet. Complaining about things that they claim affect their ability to rent out the basement unit.

When it comes to owner wanting to occupy the unit, really is there any chance the board turns it down?
