I feel so weak dude , I don't want to feel this way , doc has prescribed me the meds I need for my normocytic anemia, low iron , low b12 , critically low vitamin d .. it's making me feel really depressed , how to stop feeling this way ? Of course I'm taking the meds but how to feel a little better ? Any suggestions would mean a lot ! Thank you for reading till here !!

Help pls..

I am so so sorry to post this on this sub , pls forgive me ...

I understand a medical consultation is not possible but pls help ? In a helpless position a little. Mum has been saying I look sick, weak ,and thin for quite a few days so I decided to get my blood test done .

I have mild anemia : Normocytic anemia

Severely low Vitamin D : 5.68 ng/mL — against a normal of 30-100

borderline low B 12 : 200 pg/mL — against a normal range of 197-771.

low iron with poor absorption, and a significantly elevated IgE : 379 IU/mL

How should I approach this ?

Are these deficiencies due to my lifestyle ? I was preparing for a competitive exam ,took a drop and kinda lost myself , can't recognise myself in the mirror now , I do look so weak .. I feel really kind of dizzy writing this and I'm genuinely sorry to post this , parents are kinda mad at me because they think this is me being lazy .. and i just want to feel alright , maybe a little bit .. it hurts ..

If anyone could help with any suggestions, pls pls do so , it would genuinely mean a lot ..

Thank you for reading till here ..

Hey , apologies for the disturbance, I have a pigmentation mark on my nose area that isn't going away , it's been MONTHS , should I go for a chemical peel off ? By a dermatologist? Anyone that has gone for it , pls share your experience, of course I'm not asking for a medical consultation but if someone has been in a similar situation, pls help !
