Fiddle leaf fig trees

Fiddle leaf fig trees

This is a great example of how you can correctly use plants to scale. It softens the tall ceilings of this hallway.

Good morning, Can anyone go over the acclamation process for fresh imports? I have been keeping them in high humidity and slowly introducing light. Any other tips? Thanks so much!

Money tree repot

I bought this tree and went to repot and found rubber bands at the base of the stem and a peat heavy plug. I potted into a much more airy soil and got rid of the rubber band also, added some good fungi. Hopefully, she bounces back nicely.

ZZ plant question

I just purchased this zz plant and when I was watering noticed these markings on the stem, is this normal? Overall the plant looks healthy. Thanks so much.

Tips and tricks to keep happy

I just brought her home 4 days ago and gave her a good shower. She is currently in quarantine in my southwest bedroom getting good light and have a ceiling fan running. Are these temperamental plants, any hints, for best care?

These are my babies grown from corm. I put them in fluval and perlite 50/50 mix and am leaving the reservoir very low. However, the plants are not taking up any water, less than 5cc a day. Is this pretty typical for a pup this size? Thank you all. My conditions are 74 degrees with 60 percent humidity and giving them 600 fc, for 12 hours.

I adore this plant and want to provide the best care possible for it. The conditions in my home are 74 degrees at 60 percent humidity. The plant sits in front of a south west facing, southwest Arizona window. Currently she is in an airy soil, and I am watering every 3 days to keep her happy. Shall I switch to semi hydro?

Does anyone know why my plant is growing predominantly to one side? I love the variegation but, am not loving the growth pattern.
