How is everyone able to eat fast food with the high fat content??
I've noticed numerous people saying they're able to eat "junk" and fast food like mcdonalds, chicken fingers etc because it's so processed. But the fat slows down my digestion so much and hurts my stomach I don't know how you all do it. Every time I have fast food/eat out it sets me back so much.
I'm jealous of anyone that can actually tolerate it. Is there some hack I'm missing?
