In less than 5 minutes (water breathing potion from Parrot's pov helps determine how long he took), solved a clue*. This clue was “dig where the winds meet” which is solved by putting the two ships on a grid and seeing where the interception of the wind these ship’s flags would generate.*
Used Spoke as a scapegoat to deceive Bat that Spoke was the Director. He flashes Spoke's trimmed chest plate to plant this idea inside Parrot's mind, predicting Parrot's thoughts and future actions. This caused Bat to turn on eachother since Jumper's spies said Spoke was innocent and Parrot thought there was a possibility Jumper was covering for Spoke.
Baited Jumperwho & Derapchu to attack him while they fell into powder snow into a trap while the Director was wearing leather boots.
Wifies spent months developing a profile of Parrot by seeing how he would react to situations (hence the assassins.)

Parrot tries pretending to surrender in the prison but Wifies catches this unusual behavior so he pretends to go afk. Parrot tries to kill him but Wifies easily managed to survive and proved Parrot was pretending.
During the hide and seek game,
The rules are as follows 1: You can only hide in a single biome. And 2: No placing or breaking blocks. Wifies hides in a dug out tunnel he had mined out days ago. Parrot goes down and checks the dug out tunnel.
To explain how smart this feat is we need to understand wifies exploits parrots curiosity and observation. To find out if Parrot trusts him or not.
You see when Parrot called out that wifies mined out the tunnel and broke the rules under rule 2 that would make wifies a cheater, this proves to wifies that parrot didn’t trust him. Wifies also setting this tunnel up days ago shows that he planned to do this game and set this trap awhile ago.
Wifies is also very hard to outsmart. As proven by him not falling for parrots fake out escape where he fakes an escape from the nether roof to get the guards stuck in the nether while he gets teleported back by a daylight sensory mechanism to escape from the overworld.
Now time for his most infamous feat the Inventory read
This feat has The director read out every single item in parrot's hotbar and telling parrot to drop every single item he has and says he would know if he kept anything. The director does correctly call parrot out for hiding some items. The time frame that he has been doing this for is 2-3 months based on months being plural here so 2.5 months is what I would say.
Wifies also told Parrot his hunger bar count showing he knows Parrot's eating habits.
I would say Wifies is top 2 in universe for intelligence scaling.
