Last piece to get my 1000p army ready for the first game

Close to finishing my first dradnought. Still not confident enough to paint the laser and base.

Iam thinking about adding the decals or more weathering instead ? Tried to make it as grim dark as possible

2 month into painting and on my way to my first 1000 point army

Hey, habe heute meinen ersten dreadnought gemalt aber der obere raketenwerfer ist abhanden gekommen. Gibts eine Möglichkeit einen Ersatz zu bekommen ? 😅

Habe genau heute vor einem Monat meine erste Mini gemalt. Danach die combat patrol und heute meinen ersten Knight :)

Started with the combat patrol 1 month ago and iam completely hooked.

Bought the dark angels combat patrol as my first Warhammer product ever and and it’s finally finished after 4 weeks in rehab.
Learned so much and it really helped me with my adhd.

This is definitely the best mini I painted. The captain in Gervis armor was the mini I struggled the most with smh and I assembled it without the head and couldn’t make it fit after I glued lol.

Oh yea and I still need to do bases but I don’t have any money left to buy stuff for cool bases (this hobby is way more expansive than I thought)

So this is the second mini I ever painted. Took around 2 hours with some experimenting. The symbols on the shoulders were definitely the hardest part but maybe it was cause of the brush form the beginners paint kit

Got the mini of the day and borrowed some paint from a guy in met at the rehabilitation centre iam in at the moment.
I sadly had no glue to make the base and forgot to ask for white so I can make a third brown tone for the string and iam thinking about trying to dry brush the mini but i worried that ruin it.

I even managed to get the tongue red without hitting the teeth and make 2 small dots for the eyes.

But iam more than happy with the result, thought the first mini would be much harder. I think iam hooked now weniger
