I just bought Stardew Valley for the very first time. I haven't watched any videos, read any guides, or looked up anything about it.

For a total beginner, what should I expect in terms of difficulty? Any absolute day-one tips you can give me without spoiling the story or secrets?

I wanted to attempt my first "all treasure - knife-only - no saves" speedrun. I had collected every treasure up to the cabin fight, but once I finished the cabin fight and checked the map for the next treasure location, I realized I had missed the windmill treasure.

2h gone because I rushed through the windmill section...

And I can't teleport back either because the windmill section is gone, at least what I can see when flying back with the free cam.

Today I did a playthrough on Assisted for the Minimalist, Frugalist and Silent Stranger Steam achievement run and after preparing everything for this run I'm sitting on ~500k ptas, and so I was wondering, if I do again all Merchant requests and treasures, will I be able to get the 2 million ptas for the infinite rocket launcher if I don't want to use the First Aid Spray glitch?

I don't know how much ptas all treasures in the game are worth and how much you get from doing all Merchant requests.

I only know that I got 100 spinels for doing all Merchant requests but didn't pay attention to the ptas income.

Edit: The infinite rocket launcher is the only weapon that I'm still missing for the Gun Fanatic achievement.

Edit 2: After reading all the comments I think there's a little misunderstanding. I'm already set for the 3 achievements run.

The ~500k ptas are the leftovers from selling everything except for the necessary things and after fully upgrading Krauser's Fighting Knife, Body Armor, Blacktail and Red9.

Therefore i'm ~1.5 million short on the infinite rocket launcher.
