Legit or nah?

Do you think these are legit listings? they have a few sold so I think they might have like a couple index kits stockpiled... would it be worth buying a set as a backup?

is my index cooked

been doing this for a day or two and only now got worse, can rule out a dying GPU cus main displays are perfectly fine

GPU sag?

barely any movement, is it worth finding a sag bracket at all? or do I just leave it. ASUS ROG Strix RTX 2080 Ti if that counts.

friend upgraded his pc, and on the first boot it keeps restarting.

IDK his old board, but it was a ddr3. he upgraded to a SAPPHIRE A520m-E, he kept his old gtx 1070, and now he has a ryzen 5 3500x with 16gb ddr4.

For some reason, everything turns on, but we cant seem to get past the "getting devices ready" screen for the motherboard, as it auto reboots itself after each try, but the physical system still spins
