So first off Sue met Reed when she was 12 during his freshmen year of college so he would've been around 19 when they met so around 7 years apart between them.

Ben of course is the same age as Reed,

Johnny was 15/16 when he got his powers so he would've been 3/4 years old when he met Reed cause he and Sue are around 8 or 9 years apart

So by the time they got their powers,

Reed and Ben were 31

Sue was 24

and Johnny was 15/16

Plus 15 years later

Reed and Ben, 46 years old

Sue, 39 years old

Johnny, 30/31 years old
