Looking for help

Long story short, I was stupid and had a 3 month affair with a coworker that started in December of 23 and ended March 24. I had no contact with them afterwards. This march I came clean to my partner. It has been a really rocky road but we both go to therapy individually and couples as well. This is here it gets hard, I quit my former employer burning bridges and screwing people over, my partner has asked me now to reach out to them to verify my story. These people have no reason to back me up as I screwed them over. I know I will reach out to them but scared they won’t respond and cause even more issues. Just looking for some support I guess.

Recently Diagnosed

Ok, this just looking for help. I recently was diagnosed with OCPD, ADHD, depression and social anxiety at 42. The diagnosis caught me off guard but after talking more with the doctor and thinking back at things in the past it started to make more sense to me. I was just wondering what helped everyone else get over items that you can’t change, things that now you feel bad about on a daily basis since learning about what the diagnosis. Also I was asked to talk to another therapist about possible medication, has this helped anyone? Just confused at the moment.

I am currently looking for a plumber in the Palatine area that can replace the seals and springs in an old Delta 600 series shower valve. The bonner nut will most likely need to be cut off or heated up. I was going to do this work myself but my condo association will only do a water shit off if it’s a licensed plumber. Any help would be great.
