I keep getting recommended Luxmend, a product that’s meant to cut off split ends as you glide the machine down a section of hair.

People claim their hair feels smooth afterwards and all the split ends are gone.

Do any hairdressers actually recommend this product? Or is it just a cheap scam made to make women buy the product?

A few months ago, I had a really bad and scary greening out episode. I was fully convinced I was dying, completely out of body, absolute paranoia and panic. I remember feeling like I was “glitching” out. What calmed me down was the ambulance, and knowing I was in safe hands.

Recently, remembering that “glitching feeling” sends me into a spiral. Convincing me that I’m in an episode and I’m not real, that my real body is somewhere else and I’m living in a dream. I have the same feeling as I did that night.

I’ve had to take multiple Valium’s in two days because of these panic attacks.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Will it stay this way forever?? I’m scared these panic attacks will lead to something worse

I got my tattoo done a few weeks ago, and have kept it hidden since. Unfortunately, I forgot I had it on my arm whilst in a towel wrap and my mom saw.

She was on the phone, stared at my arm and said “is that real.” Of course, I said yes. She then began shouting about how ugly it was, how disappointed she is in me yap yap yap…

My dad gets home, and they’ve now sat me down. They said they now view me less of a person, are no longer proud parents, and that they love me less. They tried saying this in a “harsh reality” type of way. My mom claims I’m now going to enter a world full of drugs, piercings, tattoos etc.. and that I’m never to tell her I love her again.

Anyone else experienced this rejection? What do I do? Given my life circumstances at the moment, this really just made me feel so unloved as a whole.

The tattoo is of a little cat with stars around it. Nothing vulgar, trashy etc.
