New to deadlifts. How am i doing? Looking for feedback and suggestions.
As a 6'6" lanky guy, primary goal is strength building to protect my back and joints. Felt it in my glutes, lower back, traps and a bit in the neck.
Suggestions on alternative/warmup excercises are also welcome.
