Share your smooth, soft and shiny legs tips and tricks!

Hi! Summer is coming and I’d love to wear a short sundress! I’m a little self conscious about my legs. They’re pale and I don’t like their shape. Weightlifting does help. When I shave my hair follicles are very visible (these dots). Which I know is normal. I use the Naturium Glycolic Wash in the shower and I use the CeraVe SA cream afterwards, which makes them really soft. I get bruises pretty easily and I have no way to make them go away quicky. How do I get my legs to the next level? Any products recommendations to make them even softer, smoother and shinier?

What is my glute shape and on which exercises should I focus?

Hi! What is my glute shape? Should I train glutes 2 or 3 times a week? Anyone with similar glute shape that saw growth?

u/Inguborg — 7 days ago

I need training advice!

About me: I’m 5’4, 125 lbs and walking 7.5-10k steps a day. My goal is to gain muscle and mainly grow my glutes and visually widen my hips.

My current routine: I’ve been going to the gym on and off. I’ve done a beginners program to gain basic strength, but now my goal has shifted. I go to the gym 4/5 times a week. 2 upper days and 2 lower days.

Lower 1: Hip Thrusts, RDL’s, Cable Step Ups, Glute Medius Kickbacks & Seated Machine Abductions

Lower 2: Hip Thrusts, Squats, Bulgarian Split Squats, Glute Medius Kickbacks and sometimes Leg curls

If I go for a fifth time I usually stick to compounds on that day such as Deadlifts and Squats.

The problem: I don’t feel anything in my glutes. Nothing. Nada. I mainly struggle with single let movements. I always only feel those in my quads. Sometimes I feel Hip Thrusts. I’ve Googled stuff and tried the slight lean forward etc., but it feels like nothing helps.

I know that I should be doing a proper warm up, but I have no idea where to start. Could an anterior pelvic tilt be a cause of problems? How do I find out whether I have one? Is there a program out there that gave you results like my goal? (Bigger glutes, wider hips). What are you doing what works? Share your routine! Any other advice? Thank you so much! I’m ready to see actual results.

Could a SC pull off this dress?

Or does it have too many ruffles and detail?

Flirty Soft Classic outfit ideas?

I’m pretty sure I’m a soft classic. Since there is not something that stands out (no long legs, small waist, luscious curves) and I still want to dress hot/flirty/sensual sometimes I wonder what outfits I could wear…

Types that look best in tennis outfits like these?

I am wondering whether I could pull off a tennis skirt. I know it’s not about a singular item but rather about a head to toe look. Which types do you think these outfits would be flattering on?

Which jeans are more flattering on me? 1 or 2?

Hi! Which jeans do you like best? 1 or 2? Both? Why? The first jeans are Levi’s Wide Leg Ribcage and the second ones are Levi’s 501’s. I’m 5’4 and I wear both in 25/30

Suggestions for good jeans for my body type?

I’m 5’4 with pretty short legs.

u/Inguborg — 13 days ago

Hi! My legs are probably my biggest insecurity. With summer approaching I have no idea what kind of bottoms (length, material, stiff or flowy etc) would look good on my leg shape. They are pretty short and not skinny. I’m 5’4 for reference
