Edit: toured the house this morning and it is confirmed to be a trash compactor! Thanks for helping me figure that out before seeing the house in person!

(SOLVED! it appears to be a 1980s trash compactor) Looking at potential homes and came across this one, but can’t figure out what one of these kitchen appliances are. Clearly the all white one is a dishwasher but what is the appliance that is black and white next to it??

My oldest son saved this spider from being killed and brought it home to me, we sat her in a tupperware box next to the wall and by night time she had herself all set up! (She?) It’s been a few days now and every time I see her I get so excited! And she’s right in the window so I can see her from inside the house too😭 I’m so happy and I hope she hangs around for as long as possible
