New to woodworking, I made stained glass and need channeled square dowels for my frames. I've been making 1x1inch ones from Home Depot+my router but I want other wood varieties and they don't offer it in that size. Whats the best/safest way to go about this? I am looking at a table saw and band saw but internet won't give me a good answer for how to SAFELY use a table saw to cut these. A lot talk about the scary things that can happen and what not to do rather than how to do it. Thank you for your expertise in advance!
This piece was very difficult with a lot of tiny shards of glass to foil. I ended up having to use an X-Acto knife to remove some of the foil. Now not everything is a perfectly straight line which I don't really care about but it's really difficult to get foil to adhere to such tiny pieces so some of it is a little rocky. Will that affect this solder that much?
Is this shit good? I'm scared it has some weird stuff in it that we don't use anymore. Haven't found anything online but want to check just in case it's a if you know kinda thing. Btw bi mart used to sell solder for $8??? Crazy

I gave this person the benefit of the doubt and set a timer for 5 mins (from when I got to my car and noticed) in case they were just running in (still unnecessary to leave them to go shop but the dog will be fine). I offered the dog water (thank god the windows were cracked guys!!!) and another woman checked with sierra if they could make an announcement. Sierra employees told her no, they wouldn't make an announcement she had to deal with it since she's an observer. They were nice enough to notify security as if they'd do anything.
After 13 mins of me observing (who knows how long it actually was) I was on the phone with the police when the dog owner finally came out.
Seriously. I don't care if it's 5 mins, this is fucking cruel. I tried to sit in my car for 5 mins without ac and I'm wearing a hoodie, it was miserable.
If this was you, I hope you heard us when we told you this is not okay and understand that your dog could die in the hot car.
If you think this is okay please sit in a hot car with a hoodie on and see how long you can make it. It was at least 100° in there when they came out. Fucking ridiculous.
I've been on annovera for 3 years or so, but decided to switch back to nuvaring. I normally use my annovera off label continuously to skip periods (they say it lasts a year when doing this but idk) i decided to have an out week this month. I inserted this annovera ring in question no earlier than July 3 2025 so I don't believe it was expired when I switched to nuvaring.
I reinserted my annovera ring on June 10th 2026 after a week out. I switched to nuvaring on the 15th. I had sex tonight the 20th using no other protection. Just realized nuvaring isn't protected until 7 days. Since I was switching methods but both hormonal what's the risk?
I have no problem getting plan b tomorrow just in case of something between the two but would that be crazy?
