Deciding on 7 or 8 stones on the cathedral bridge.

Hello! Pretty much what the caption says. I’m very indecisive, I understand it’s ultimately up to my preference. And I’m 100% overthinking it. “But she’s indecisive, she can’t decide.” 7 diamonds are about 1.1mm and 8 diamond are about 1.0mm. Both the same price! If you picked a certain one, what’s your reasoning?

Edit: Thank you so so much for commenting. War is over (in my head). I’m going with 7 diamonds before I change my mind again lol

Advice for “incorrect” address?

Hello! I just started selling recently and came across an issue of “incorrect address” from USPS. I checked with the buyer and the address is correct and they’ve used it for other packages without a problem. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Or do I just have to wait for the item to come back, refund, then they’ll place the order again? We both never seen this before so I’m not sure what to do?

Hello! I’m new to selling on Depop. I noticed that for some items, I’m forced to select the lowest weight of “medium” when the item weighs 4oz. Is there any fix yet on customizing the weight? I feel so so bad for overcharging for shipping and that money is just wasted for nothing :(

Thank you!

I left my bag in a box of clothes and I’m assuming the dye transferred to it. How do I safely remove the stain without damaging the purse? Thank you!

Hi everyone 😊 I wanted to share my experience since I spent so much time reading posts here before deciding what to do.

I ended up purchasing a 3.88 carat lab diamond (D color, internally flawless, ideal cut), and it’s also IGI certified, which gave me a bit more reassurance going into it. I purchased my diamond from Loose Grown Diamonds.

At first I was honestly nervous ordering a diamond online, especially something this size, but the process turned out to be really smooth. I was in contact with John throughout and he was super responsive. We mainly talked through WhatsApp, and he was quick to answer questions, send over details, and walk me through different options. It didn’t feel pushy, just helpful.

They also created a CAD pretty quickly when I was considering a ring setting, which helped a lot with visualizing everything. In the end, I decided not to move forward with the engagement ring design (still figuring out exactly what I want long-term), so I kept it as a loose grown diamond instead.

The diamond itself arrived on time and matched the specs exactly. In person it looks even better than I expected. The sparkle is kind of crazy in different lighting and hard to capture on camera. Here is a video of it under spotlights: https://imgur.com/a/daESEVj

Overall:

Communication: fast and clear

Shipping: on time, discreet packaging

Quality: exactly as described

Certification: IGI verified

Experience: way less stressful than I thought it would be

I know buying online can feel risky, so hopefully this helps anyone who’s on the fence like I was. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else deciding. :)
