does admitting u dont know the answer a red flag for employers?

So i was interviewed last week for a lab role and the interview was conducted by the chief mismo. However, the whole interview she was asking me technical and practical questions like how would you do this and that and multiple troubleshooting. There was no generic questions like tell me about urself or strengths and weaknesses. I was able to answer some questions naman but unfortunately there were questions i wasnt able to answer and i told her "i havent encountered situations like that during internship" (also i dont have any experience talaga aside from my internship and fresh passer ako).

After the interview she told me naman na there would be another round of interview with the assistant. But now mag 2 weeks na, wala padin. Part of me is ashamed because i feel like i didnt give my best during the interview, and part of me is overthinking din na maybe i was supposed to go the day after the interview for the 2nd round but i didnt go because wala namang sinabing schedule or time 😃🔫 should i just let it go or follow up

still no work what to do

So ano na gagawin kung nakapag send/walk in na ako sa lahat ng hospital or diagnostic centers na malapit saamin or sa neighboring cities pero wala talagang hiring? 😩 Hindi talaga ako sanay na walang ginagawa as someone who gave their whole time and effort sa pagaaral ng medtech. May mga initial interviews naman pero hanggang doon lang, di na sila nagrereply after kahit mag follow up. Ayaw ko din muna sanang mag shift career but atp hindi ko na alam ano gagawin lol

healthcare to corporate?

Meron na po bang nakapag change career na nakapag work sa hospital tapos nag shift to corporate? Kamusta naman po, worth it ba yung shift? I'm currently applying to different hospitals/clinics near me or neighboring cities pero to no luck, wala padin nag cacall back or hanggang initial interview lang. But ngayon kunti kunti ko ng kino-consider mag work na lang sa corporate but I have no idea talaga ano trabaho sa corporate since buong buhay ko healthcare setting lang talaga target career ko 😭✋🏻Pero ngayon hindi ako sure if itutuloy ko yung corporate since want ko panindigan degree and license ko but I would like to have a back up plan in case humaba pa yung time na matengga ako lol. Would like to hear some insights sana like what do you do, yung work life balance, salary, mas okay ba mental health niyo ngayon compared nung nasa hospital kayo 😭😭 etcetc Thank you!!!

Pwede po bang magpasa ng requirements online if magaapply sa government hospitals or mas better na mag walk-in sa city hall/hr ng hospital mismo? Mas mapapansin ba if walk-ins kesa online? Medyo malayo pa kasi ako sa mismong government hospital hahahah
