They increased my dosage from 25 mg to 50 mg because my blood pressure has been around 125/86 to 130/90. I’ve been taking 50 mg of losartan for 12 days now, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference. Should I give it more time to work?
My nephrologist might start me on either Farxiga or Jardiance, and I’ve read that they can cause an initial drop in eGFR before it stabilizes.
For those of you taking Farxiga or Jardiance, how long did it take for your eGFR to stabilize? Did your eGFR eventually go back to the same level it was before starting the medication?
I’m honestly scared that seeing my eGFR drop, even if it’s temporary and expected, might make my anxiety worse. 😭 I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences!

They started when he was around 6 months I think when he started scratching everything, I wouldn’t say spreading could be? to him scratching them or started crawling.

I have to quit my current job while on EDD pregnancy leave (which has already been extended to six months due to PPA/PPD). I have not used CFRA yet because my employer is pressuring me to return to work as soon as possible, even though my provider has not medically cleared me to return due to postpartum depression and anxiety.
All of my doctors’ notes were sent to my employer. I also sent them to my boss, but she did not respond. She texted me before that the letter states that I can now work, even though the letter actually states:
“Her disability leave has been extended through _____, with a return-to-work date of ____, pending continued clinical improvement.
The patient will remain under medical supervision, and her ability to return to work will be reassessed as needed based on her recovery progress.”
Unfortunately, I went to the ER last time due to a panic attack. That is when my psychiatrist recommended that I return to a perinatal intensive outpatient program, which is why my leave was extended again. So I send her all my dr notes again and my new extension and telling her I need a little bit more time for my recovery.
The way my boss approached me was very rude, and she used harsh words unfortunately through call.
Can I try applying for unemployment?

They started showing up when I was pregnant, and they’ve been here for months around both of my knees. I’m using Differin now, but I feel like they’re spreading. 🥲
I only recently researched them because all this time I thought they were KP, but now I think they might be something else. Huhu.

Should I be worry? Went to ED due to hyperventilating and panic attack and they did an ECG and result was abnormal ecg.
Diagnosis is prolonged QT borderline.
Do I need a follow up? Doctor in ED never mentioned anything about my ECG result.

Had a holter monitoring in 2022 which came back normal and all my ecg in the pasts are normal. Last one was in 2024. First time having abnormal.
Not on Anxiety meds. I went to the ED today due to hyperventilating and a panic attack. They performed an EKG and lab tests and told me there was no sign of a heart attack and that all my lab results were normal. Tested for CBC, Metabolic panel and thyroid. All normal. But abnormal Ekg.
After I went home, I checked the decision-making section in MyHealth and saw that it mentioned “prolonged QT 485.”
EKG interpretation: Normal sinus rhythm at 81 beats per minute, normal axis, no ST elevation or depression, no ventricular ectopy, QTC 485 it is prolonged, abnormal EKG
Is this something I should be worried about? It my first time having abnormal ekg.
I had Holter monitoring in 2022, which came back normal, and I’ve had multiple ECGs before. My last one was around 2024, and they were all reported as normal.
I had my IUD inserted 6 weeks after giving birth, around the second week of March 2026, and I've been bleeding ever since. Some days it's just spotting, while other days I fill one panty liner over the course of the day.
I have PCOS, and even before pregnancy I would sometimes have prolonged bleeding, but never for this long. I did consult my OB-GYN, and she told me it could be related to the stress I've been under since I'm currently dealing with postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression and attending therapy.
I'm contemplating having the IUD removed, but I'm scared of getting pregnant again. My husband and I aren't very sexually active, but it's still something I worry about.
My baby is 4 months old and has been doing this since birth. It only happens when he's asleep—sometimes it's one foot, sometimes one hand, and occasionally his head.
The movements last about 1–2 seconds. He stays asleep, seems comfortable, and there is no eye involvement.
We were told it was due to an immature nervous system.
I'm wondering if anyone else's baby did this and, if so, when it went away?

My son is 14 weeks old and usually drinks 4–5 oz, but lately he has only been taking 2–3 oz during each feeding. Sometimes he cries while feeding because he has reflux and pulls away from the bottle, but most of the time I feel like he just wants to laugh and play instead of drinking his milk. He is very distracted.
He has good wet diapers, and he had an appointment last week where we were told he is growing well. The decrease in feeding has only started recently.
Anyone experiencing the same?
