Daniel Jones didn’t throw an incompletion in 11v11 today

Was happy to hear how impressive first team d was against Colts rushing game today, but secondary didn’t have a great day at all it seems.

Hoping he’s good to go practicing and has no setbacks.

Can any of these kids play right tackle or rush the passer?

Sitting here at home lighting candles for the health and well being of Jawaan Taylor. Never did I ever think I’d be writing that sentence.

No appeal for Pearce

(Sorry to double up)

Feels like league wanted longer than 8 if this was the final agreed upon number of games.

James Pearce timeline/8 games rationale - he can still participate in preseason practices and games…

However many games he’s suspended, the nfl personal conduct code allows him to be at the team facility, attend team meetings the 2ND half of his suspension.

NFL baseline suspension for domestic assault is 6 games. ProFootballTalk saying he got the 2 additional games for running from the cops.

[Bowman] Spencer Schwellenbach still hasn’t felt 100 percent while throwing bullpens. There was some hope he’d have been facing live hitters by now. But this latest update makes a potential return this year more questionable and possibly even doubtful

I wasn’t overly optimistic on his return this year. Wonder if they just go ahead and make it official with shutting him down sooner rather than later.

Wade Boggs is not only still alive, he is thriving…

68 years old. Gotta be eating more than just chicken because he’s cultivating bulk AND mass.

From Anterio Thompson’s IG

Hopefully everything gets right from a mental and physical standpoint for him. Seems like being out is definitely taking its toll on him.

This was mentioned in the practice notes in another post, but feels like it needs repeating…

Shout out to the coaching staff for letting the guys get after it.

Potential Jalon ACL tear is brutal, and per Jeremy Fowler, this team was already looking for pass rush help…

Oof…it’s gonna be all hands on deck to start this season on the edge.

They are gonna play Jalon at every spot this year except maybe corner.

Bowman exploring idea of trading Strider

If Braves were to eat majority of money remaining, and it got a decent return back, would you be on board with it?

To recap this first morning of camp…Penix not cleared, and it might be 4 more weeks, Tua with tighty back, Cooper Rush signed, Jack Strand taking 11 on 11 reps, Bijan possibly with a hold in, Brian Robinson left a drill with an injury, Jawaan on PUP, Ulbirch not there due to personal matter

Solid first day of news
