I have 3 years of total professional experience. For the last 1.5 years, I've been working as a Research Analyst at a small consultancy startup. Because it's a startup environment, I wear a lot of hats. My core work involves international trade research, global supply chains, and market entry strategies, but I also handle HR coordination, admin duties, and organizational workflow setups.

Prior to this, I spent time in customer-facing and retail backend roles, which really built up my communication and problem-solving skills. I also recently completed my BBA with a specialization in Marketing.

What I'm looking for:

I am specifically looking for Research, Marketing, or Business Development roles. My mix of hands-on international market research and my marketing degree makes me a great fit for these areas, and I'd love to bring my diverse skill set to a new team.

I was just thinking about this and wanted to know your thoughts. Why is it considered so weird or embarrassing to just hold a packet of sanitary pads and walk around in public here in India?

Every time you buy pads at a pharmacy or a local shop, they immediately wrap it in old newspaper, stuff it into a black plastic bag, or put it in a brown paper bag like it’s some kind of contraband.

Why does it have to be hidden? It’s a basic hygiene product that literally half the population uses every single month. We don't wrap toilet paper, soap, or shaving cream in newspaper to hide them from the world.

How did holding a pad packet become something that brings shame or embarrassment? Have any of you ever just refused the newspaper/plastic bag and walked out holding it openly? What were the reactions?

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences on why we are still holding onto this weird social stigma!

Hey everyone, I'm planning to head to the Imagicaa water park this coming Saturday, but I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to get there and back to Pune on the same day. I checked their official website for those bus options they usually have, but it's showing literally zero availability right now. Does anyone know the best and cheapest alternative route? I'll be starting from the Camp area, so any ST bus hacks or shared cab tips would be a lifesaver.

Also, since it's a weekend, I'm fully expecting a massive crowd. We're planning to just get the Express tickets so we don't waste hours standing in line for the slides. If anyone has been there recently, I'd love to know how the rush is right now and if the express pass is definitely the way to go. Mostly just worried about how easy it will be to find transport back to Pune around 5 or 6 PM from outside the park gates. Would appreciate any budget travel tips you guys have.
