unique post op experience

i haven’t been able to find much information about this, and my ent doesn’t really know what’s going on either.

since my tonsillectomy in september last year, i have had horrible post nasal drip sort of stuff come out of my throat every other day. it causes a slight burning pain in my throat. 3 or so weeks ago i had an ablation surgery to try and get it to stop, but it seems to have gotten worse and i feel really stuffy now as well.

i included photos, please let me know if you have had any similar experiences and how you stopped it!!

medication

i’m currently taking the highest dose of effexor alongside brentellix and pregabalin. i cannot regulate my temperature, i am constantly overheating and sweating and being hot causes me horrible anxiety. i am wanting to start uni at the end of july, i need to be stable on my medication by then but it will take me a long time to taper off effexor.

i’ve tried so many medications, i dont even know what to do. i take klonopin 2mg as needed. i dont really know why im posting, just a bit of a vent i think

i have very severe anxiety, i take the highest dose of venlafaxine, 150mg pregabalin and trentellix. i want to get medicated for my adhd, but stimulant drugs will obviously counteract my anxiety medications. i’ve tried wellbutrin, but that caused horrible anxiety. i thought maybe taking something like vyvanse as needed might work? does anyone have any experiences, or suggestions?

i’m new to keeping betta, this is the 46L aqua one tank, the water level seems too high but otherwise that duckbill filter bit doesn’t go in the water properly, can anyone offer any advice?
